    MCBA Negotiations Update # 2

    • On Monday, May 3, 2010, AFGE Council 238 President Charles (“Chuck”) Orzehoskie submitted a letter to U.S. EPA Assistant Administrator Craig E.      What's Next?

    • Agreement must first be reached by the parties on the ground rules.

      

    • Then, negotiations will begin per the schedule laid out in the agreed upon ground rules.
