If you have problems on the job, please contact your local union immediately for assistance. Please become familiar with your rights as a Federal civilian employee.

Always remember that your Local and Council will work with you, but cannot do the job alone ... we need you to come forward and have the courage to file a grievance and to provide all necessary information to your Union steward.

We highly recommend that you become familiar with Article 38 Negotiated Grievance Procedure of the Master Collective Bargaining Agreement. We have included it below for your benefit.
